Collaborated with the art director and marketing director to cast diverse and authentic talent who embody a passion for the outdoors. Managed model bookings, negotiated rates and usage terms, and ensured the project stayed within budget. Assisted in location scouting and executed on-set styling, ensuring garments were steamed, worn properly, and presented both naturally and polished. Supported the art director and production team by maintaining the schedule, coordinating lunch orders, and liaising with transportation teams, including a helicopter company, boat company, and on-location production crew.
