During my time as the in-house stylist, I managed a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure the seamless execution of the campaign. I was involved in booking and casting models, ensuring the right talent was selected to fit the campaign’s vision. Additionally, I managed the inventory, ensuring sample products from the warehouse were kept in pristine condition and returned in a timely manner.
I streamlined multiple processes to enhance efficiency and kept our systems updated throughout the production. On set, I executed styling duties with precision, ensuring garments were impeccably presented—steamed, fitted, and adjusted to maintain the campaign's aesthetic. I also managed on-set logistics, coordinated with the crew, handled last-minute changes, organized wardrobe and props, and kept the shoot on schedule.
Furthermore, I oversaw the studio to ensure it met all timelines and collaborated closely with the art director and brand manager to bring their creative vision to life. My comprehensive role was integral to the project's success, blending organization, creativity, and teamwork.
