Developed and managed a diverse roster tailored to Vancouver’s local booking scene while positioning models for success in the international market.

• Model Management: Oversaw all aspects of model management, including development, training, and career growth. Built and nurtured relationships with models to ensure alignment with their career goals and agency objectives.

• Booking Coordination: Coordinated model bookings with major clients such as Arc’teryx, Lululemon, and SSENSE, ensuring smooth integration into campaigns and shoots. Managed logistics and communication between clients and models, streamlining project execution.

• Agency Placements: Coordinated model placements with agencies across Canada and internationally, including Europe and Asia. Negotiated mother agency commission agreements, model contracts, and terms of placement abroad.

• Budgeting & Project Management: Administered budgets for model development and client projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Oversaw project timelines and deliverables, handling all aspects of production coordination to meet client expectations and deadlines.

• Production Coordination: Managed the planning and execution of creative shoots, including booking models, negotiating contracts, and handling on-set logistics. Ensured high standards of production quality and client satisfaction and well-being of models.
