Part of the local production team for a luxury campaign with a Paris-based creative agency. Led the video side of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination in Seoul. Worked closely with the director on pre-lighting and production support, ensuring ongoing creative alignment with multiple stakeholders. Collaborated with the creative agency and production team to develop the creative and production deck—integrating all ideas into a cohesive file used internally and shared across global teams. Also managed casting and communication with the body double agency to ensure smooth on-set execution.
Served as photo producer managing complex schedules and ensuring seamless timelines for all 13 talent. Collaborated closely with HYBE, creative agencies, talent managers to build a cohesive and efficient shoot experience.
Coordinated with video teams to avoid conflicts in lighting and equipment within shared spaces. Maintained alignment between the photo team, client, and photo director throughout the production. Oversaw hiring of photo assistants and managed all on-set logistics including green rooms, waiting areas, seating, and catering. Ensured timely post-production asset delivery. Demonstrated strong cross-department coordination, stakeholder communication, and event experience-building skills.
